Christmas Tree Charcuterie Board

Ingredients:

1 cup assorted cheeses (cheddar, brie, gouda)
1/2 cup prosciutto, thinly sliced
1/2 cup salami, thinly sliced
1/2 cup crackers or breadsticks
1/4 cup olives (green and black)
1/4 cup mixed nuts (almonds, cashews, walnuts)
1/4 cup dried cranberries
1/4 cup fresh grapes
1 small bunch of rosemary (for garnish)
1 red bell pepper, cut into strips (for tree trunk)
1/4 cup cherry tomatoes (for ornaments)
Fresh parsley (for tree greenery effect)

Directions:

Arrange the assorted cheeses on a large round or rectangular platter to form the base of your tree. Cut cheeses into different shapes, such as triangles or squares, to mimic tree branches.
Place crackers or breadsticks around the cheeses to form the tree’s outline.
Begin filling the “tree” with meats like prosciutto and salami, rolling or folding them to fit between the cheeses.
Add olives, mixed nuts, dried cranberries, and fresh grapes as accents to fill in the empty spaces and add color.
Use fresh rosemary to add a festive, green touch, arranging it to form tree-like branches around the platter.
Add cherry tomatoes as ornaments scattered across the cheese and meat sections.
For the tree trunk, use strips of red bell pepper placed vertically at the bottom of the platter.
Garnish with fresh parsley to create a fuller, leafy effect.
