On April 2, 2019, Chef Jennifer with Witnessing Nature in Food was awarded the Environmental Quality Distinction for their work in Reuse, Recycle, Compost and Landfill Diversion. We are Phoenix Green Business Partners, Gold Level, On the Board of the Arizona Green Chamber and Local First Members.
We are proud of everything we can do to avoid having product end up in the landfill. We use Recyclable, Compostable Containers and are constantly working with our suppliers to remove waste and provide our customers with the Best Planet Safe Products. In 2018 we went from 91% landfill diversion to 95.4% landfill diversion. We expect that to be even less for 2019 as we have brought on Single Use Glove Recycling removing another 2% of our waste from the landfill. These will be made into Plastic Bags.
We Love Great Food, Great Flavor, Sustainability and our Planet.
