So, apparently it’s been a year. And Wow, has it Been A Year…
Back at the smoker making some tasty meats. Doing my part in the BBQ life. Helping a friend out with the smoking part of the meats he prepared and will serve.

Getting back from a Long Hiatus from BBQ. Life threw some oversized Baseketballs (yes those sized hassles)
Having navigated and come out the other side for the better of the change that I’ve experienced.

To get myself back in, I picked up a care package from my friends at BBQ Guru test out the UltraQ.
This is paired with two Pit Bull fans on a Meadow Creek Welding/Meadow Creek Barbecue Supply TS120p.
Made an experiment of Beef Ribs - first time. They turned out as awesome as I had hoped!
The Old Creeker (because it creaks just about everywhere now, kinda like me) performed as flawlessly as it had waayyy back in the day of the Comp BBQ we used to do with it. I changed out the Charcoal basket and put the original grate back in since I’m mostly cooking with Hickory log now.
The UltraQ performed admirably! A full review to come.
