A tradition has taken hold! Couples take their first drink together at our mountain view adventure site at the end of the wedding. Brandi and Jared shared fireball as the sun went behind the mountain on November 27th. They wed at our Creekside Ridge ceremony site with the winter pine garland, then shared pictures with their sweet family. Our willow tree bridge is the perfect spot for a group photo of everyone! My favorite part of this wedding was seeing the intense love the family expressed and seeing this couple share so many laughs together. Brandi's wedding braid is also at the top of the fave list!

Mary Grace and Ross simply said, "I Do" on November 25th at our family-friendly mountain view ceremony site. Isn't their son so stinking cute?! He stared in joy and amazement during the vows while "Legendary" Phil King officiated. The colors at the view are still quite nice! The mountain takes on a pretty red hue before changing to blue for the winter.

Ever heard of Songfinch? My favorite part of Katie and Jose's wedding was the personal song Jose had made by them for Katie's walk down the aisle. Katie did her own personal voice-over, too, for Jose to listen to before she came out. It's finally chilly here in the Smoky Mountains, so their wedding was in our warm, cozy chapel upstairs with Pastor Jody (aka the mountain preacher) officiating. We still made it outdoors for plenty of wedding photographs! My favorite is the sun setting at our mountain view adventure site. It's so beautiful this time of year! In the summer months it sets further to the right on the mountain.

Guess why Jody and Ralph are smiling so big! They simply said, "I Do" on November 19th on our beautiful willow tree bridge. Ralph proposed in Jody's home town of Sunbury, Pennsylvania because the Susquehanna River runs between his hometown and hers. It was Ralph's way of connecting two hearts by way of one river. Their first trip as a couple was to the Smoky Mountains, so they decided to get married here and spend anniversaries here, too. Bakery and Desserts by Gracie delivered a tasty wedding cake to the venue, and they took it to the Peddler Restaurant for a romantic honeymoon dinner by the river. Sweet weddings like these are what keeps pep in my step! My favorite thing about this wedding was the thoughtful energy spent on making sure their family could watch the ceremony by FaceTime. Every vow was spoken with sincerity, verified by tears of happiness. Let's express our love for Jody and Ralph! Here's to a million years together...

Julissa and Robert simply said, "I Do" on November 15th at our family-friendly mountain view ceremony site. Simplicity makes a Pigeon Forge wedding so much easier! I loved the close knit family the most about this wedding and Julissa's gorgeous locks of hair.
There's one more little patch of yellow wildflowers by the fairy shed, so I made sure to get a photo there. It's hard to believe it's already time to plant the seeds for next year's weddings!

Lauren Reeves Photography was here! She mixed light and love during Jessica and Josh's wedding on November 16th. The couple wed in our cozy chapel, danced beneath the willow tree lights, and shared tender moments at our mountain view adventure site. I will never forget how big Josh smiled both the day before and the day of the wedding! It makes my heart happy that Lauren Reeves captured this emotion so creatively. There's no wonder she's the most sought after elopement photographer in the Smoky Mountains!

Talk about a surprise! Sueann and Frank didn't tell their family they were getting married until everyone was gathered together at their cabin for vacation in the Smoky Mountains. They wed at our family-friendly mountain view with a backdrop of fall color, followed by more pictures on our main grounds. My favorite is the picture with our horses Sugar and Smoky. No better place for a first dance than in our horse field!

Brianna and Paul packed up their three kids and headed to the Smoky Mountains to elope on November 13th. Miss Abi officiated with her famous smile at our family-friendly mountain view ceremony site. Their boys kept their baby sister happy during the vows, and then everyone took turns with the photos. I loved the tight-knit bonds this family has the most about this wedding! They honeymooned in Starkeytown at the Little Mountain Hideaway cabin among a forest of trees and seclusion. If that's not the best way to get married, I don't know what is!

Meghan and Chris tied the knot with a last-minute elopement on November 11th. Many thanks to Katerina for the hair, makeup, and planning! This beautiful couple had a first look at the bottom of our vintage chandelier in the barn, and walked together to our stone arch ceremony site. The pink azaleas there are still blooming their hearts out for the second and last time of the season. After photos on our main grounds, Meghan and Chris popped the cork on some champagne at our mountain adventure site. And Bam! Just like that... they're married, living happily ever after. I loved the spontaneous romance the most about this wedding, and Meghan's ppositivity toward life and love.

I’m in love with Kelly’s wedding dress and veil! She and Jessie wed in our chapel on November 11th with their closest family and friends. They came all the way from Atlanta to say “I Do” in the mountains of Tennessee. I loved Kelly’s beautiful voice and Jessie’s classy white tux the most about this wedding. Here’s wishing them a million years of happiness!

Don't let her get away! Take her hand and run as fast as you can to the mountains of Pigeon Forge and put a ring on her finger! Alicia and Jon wed on November 10th with Miss Abi officiating at our stone arch ceremony site by the creek. Abi is well known to swap hats after a wedding to assist me with photography afterward. We used many of our locations on the main grounds, ending at the mountain adventure site. My favorite thing about this wedding was Alicia's blue jean jacket and her laid-back approach to the day. Believe it or not, this is the best way to enjoy the moment and get the most wedding photographs.

Debi and John wed on November 9th just as the sun began its decent on the other side of the ridgetop. They chose our family-friendly Lover's Cove mountain view site with Legendary Phil King officiating. A low haze hugged the ridge during their vows, one of the reasons they call them the "Smoky" mountains. My favorite thing about this wedding was their love story. Debi and John reconnected at a high school reunion! Can you just imagine the sparks that flew that evening?

Our Story

Welcome to weddings the way they’re supposed to be enjoyed...

We believe if you’re getting married in the Smoky Mountains, you should have the time to enjoy your wedding experience. This is why we only schedule one wedding each day.

Our private venue’s flower gardens, flowing stream, and horses are best appreciated with the time to hold hands as you walk and talk about the new chapter in your life about to unfold. You may even wish to have a picnic beneath our willow tree before you put on your wedding dress.
