This past Thursday I had the pleasure of catering an event for the most amazing client @phillipowensalem (which btw it’s his voice you hear in this video that I stole from him lol). Although this wasn’t my first time catering an event for him, this one was special to me because it was the anniversary of when my brother gained his wings. I truly believe he guided me throughout the day and made sure that I was on my game the entire night. The feedback I received from Phillip and his guests was beyond anything I could of hoped for.
