Wanted to introduce our new addition to the biz…we are now even more mobile and can do onsite catering bringing the smoke directly to you!

We also will have this guy with us every Sunday at the Sunday Market St. Pete. Stop by and say hello! Soon we will be taking pre-orders for smoked meat by the pound or rack that can be picked up at Sunday’s market. Great for your NFL football Sunday afternoon or dinner. See you soon!
