We visited Florida Boxing Hall of fame in Ft. Myers to get my casted fist, it was great to see Steve Canton, the Hall of Fame president and a top trainer in the Boxing, who was a fighter himself. He's been training fighters for more than 50 years, that Boxing Ring and the Bell have been in SJC Gym more than 50 years, It was great to hear a few stories, Steve shared with us, such as the story behind the picture, which was hung on the wall, Steve, Emanuel Stewart and Tommy Herns.
It is just a blessing, and I'm humble to have my picture and fist to be displayed in the Boxing Hall of fame, came to this Country with a Kickboxing national team, ended up in the Boxing Hall of fame, God is good and I'm blessed to land in this beautiful country among a lot of good people, but, I have not stop grinding and working, nothing is being handed to anyone. I have worked hard, extremely hard every single day of my life. Life has no shortcut, work hard, grind and do the right things everyday

Congratulations to TJ on his win today. Zaid and Oscar fought but didn't get the decision although both were technical, great fights. Imran was asked to present the Trophies at the same fight, nice for him since he used to fight in them himself. Thanks to Victor and Erin for going to corner them and get them ready.
I was at the gym with sparring from different gyms. Thanks to Jacos Boxing, 4 Corner Boxing and Ty from Sarasota for coming out. Busy Saturday for FFC.

Family, These guys been training with me for many years, right to let, David Mohr since 2006, Brad LeCompte 2005, Mohamed Fikry 2007, Jordan Wooddell 2009, the relationship you build in combat sports is real, not like meeting at the bar and having drinks....you beat the crap out of each other during Sparring, you compete, challenge each other, then when you're exhausted and dead tired, sit down talk and bond.

Monday 3 miles, Tuesday 3 miles, Wednesday 4 miles, today 3 Miles, let's see if I can do it every day. 🙏. I do strength training at the gym every day, but not enough steady paste cardio. The only way to keep the weight down. 👍

Congratulations to Victor Melendez. He did it again,
Brooklyn New York. True passion for the sport of Boxing, He has more than 50 fights, most of them are out of state, alone, no coach to corner him. He, travels alone, fights and has had with most of them. He Enters the tournament without knowing who he's gonna fight with prior to it, then the BaddAss youngsters we see everyday, who are bragging everyday that they want to fight, they won't take the fight if you don't give them they're opponent's DNA & Social security. Lol. Good job Vic

We were at the Hilton Hotel Saturday & Suday All day, Celebrating the Hall Of Fame Induction, I didn't get a chance to write about my Fighters fights, which was Friday night. I'm proud of both of them, 10-0 with 8 KO Imran & 5-0 with 3 KO Mike, both are the most disciplined and hard working athletes, 6'/4" & 6'/5" tall make 175lbs with no problem, technical, tough as F, they both did great. Imran won 2nd round KO and Mike fought vs.a 3-0 undefeated opponent who had 80 Amateur fights. It was the fight of the night. Hard worked paid off. Good job guys, up to the next one. 👍👊💪
