or event absolutely fabulous! I planned my own wedding at Pretty Place over 10
years ago, which was followed by a weekend-long celebration at a local property. I started planning events approximately 13 years ago, and my experience includes
the famous Jazz Brevard festival at Brevard Music Center. I have a large portfo

lio of local vendors to choose from for all of your wedding needs - reception locations, caterers, florists, musicians and DJ's, photographers, and much more! Meet the magic-maker behind the weddings — Allison Taylor, owner of our luxury wedding planning biz and your go-to for unforgettable celebrations. With 14 years of planning experience, she’s seen it all, styled it all, and still cries (happy tears!) at every ceremony.

But wait — she’s not just all about weddings! When she’s not fluffing dresses or cueing the first dance, she’s the volunteer Assistant Fire Chief (yes, really 🔥🚒) and the brains behind Skillful Solutions (), helping companies bond and grow through epic team building events & corporate retreats.

She lives in the mountains with her partner Ian, her 20-year-old son Parker (go Wolfpack! 🐺🎓 Systems Engineering at NC State), and their rescue pup Vader — yes, like that Vader 🐾✨
