Pricing - 2026 - Reserve your party!

M Square Event Center Pricing Overview

Our pricing varies by season and day of the week.

March–May and November–December
• Friday & Saturday: $100 per hour or $2,000 for a full-day rental

• Sunday–Thursday: $75 per hour or $1,500 for a full-day rental

January–February and June–October
• Sunday–Thursday: $50 per hour or $1,000 for a full-day rental

• Friday & Saturday: $75 per hour or $1,500 for a full-day rental

Security Deposit:

• For events with 149 guests or fewer, a $250 security deposit is required in addition to the rental fee.

• For events with more than 149 guests, a $500 security deposit is required.

The security deposit is required to secure your date and will be fully refunded as long as all items are picked up after the event. We do not require a full breakdown of tables and chairs, but there should be no major mess and all garbage must be thrown away.

Payment & Cancellation Policy:

All venue rental fees must be paid 31 days prior to your event.

If you need to cancel, cancellation must also be made at least 31 days prior to the event. If you cancel within 31 days of your event, any fees already paid toward the rental will be nonrefundable. Only the security deposit will be refunded.

Please be advised these type of events are scams. Any event that you have a question about requesting money for M Square events please contact Monique Chicks Boutique. We are located next-door to the event center, and I own the building.

Though we appreciate their support and advertising our place of business, we also would appreciate that the scammers provide accurate information. They have not set up any functions at the event center. If anyone has any concerns or questions about any events, please contact Chicks located next-door to the event center, and we can verify any events before you send anyone any money. This is the second posting that we have seen in the last month and it’s obvious these people are trying to scam people in our community.

Eclipse Glasses and T-shirts for Sale at Chicks East TX Boutique. We will be open for all friends, Locals and Visitors next weekend including Sunday between 10 to 6pm. The event center will be open for our eclipse closeout sale. Don’t be that person who says “Why had no clue”. Share Share Share.

Any interested parties wanting to sell their items at the event center please let me know $25 a day to rent a space only few spots available due to the size of my sale.
