I get so many messages on how to cook certain foods, I send step by step directions and walk them through the entire process sometimes. I’m thinking of making short videos on basic cooking. My question is should I do them here on FB or start a page on Utube? Help me out I’m slow when it comes to this stuff, if any of my video pros wanna link to help that would be great. 😁

Good morning let me break down a little catering info for y’all. When you ask me how many people a large pan feeds and I say 25 that means there is enough food in the pan to serve 25 people 1 serving, if it’s something like meatballs I multiply 25 people by 4-5 meatballs and you get about 100 meatballs. I don’t fill the pan to the rim and consider that a full pan. If you want your party to enjoy 2nd and 3rd plates then 2nd and 3rd pans need to be purchased. Not sure how other caterers run there business but this is how I run mine and I won’t negotiate that.

So Ill be back in the kitchen March 12th. I will be available to cater parties and functions. I will not be doing platters.  I will have a brand new catering menu available by then, anybody who has already inquired for a party a deposit must be made before my new menu is up or I’ll have to charge the new prices. If y’all could do me a favor and pass this around, help me stay booked and busy. 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽❤️
