Remember, bridal sizes are silly, and styles can feel very different from one another, so your size can be vastly different from what you normally wear. You can add sleeves to almost any gown! Your seamstress can make the from your remnant fabric from your hem or from another layer of your gown. Or you can purchase sleeves made separately that can be attached to your gown, or you can leave them removable for your wedding day.
