• I’m a pitt girl raised in a psu family - my parents, brothers, and boyfriend all go/went and have season tickets! It’s a fun little family rivalry 😉

• I never leave the house without my backpack! It’s my giant purse. My laptop, med case, notebook, and last minute sleepover necessities go everywhere with me - all the time. If there’s anything you need, I probably have it 😜

• I was supposed to study Spanish in college before my health made other decisions for me! I’m getting back into it with Duolingo and taking ASL lessons this fall if anyone wants to practice with me 📚

Short answer: your wedding venue will cost anywhere from $0-$12k in Pittsburgh. We’ve seen that the more inclusive the venue, the lower their rental fee is. This is because catering, bar, etc. is through your venue, so they will make money there and can typically lower the rental cost. These places may instead require a food and beverage minimum. Other places may only provide the room. Since they are not making money elsewhere, they need to charge enough to cover the employees working there and upkeep of the space. This is not always the case. Be sure to do your research to know what you are paying for! And hire a planner!! They are already familiar with many venues and what is included.
