This week, I have received the incredible opportunity that has me reflecting on the path that brought me here. I am sure due to my lack of social media savvy, what I really do can be lost.
What brought me to this point in life was truly because of the owner of my laser company, believing in me, during one of the most trying times in my life. My confidence had been shattered by an emotionally abusive relationship, I had no college degree and physical setbacks, which took the only career I had explored off the table. I questioned my future every day.
Tong early on made me feel seen, gave me opportunities that I never could have achieved without his encouragement. This week I am presenting for AP Lazer at Red Rock resort, where over a decade ago I was recognized by Sephora for innovation and creativity. I am thankful, and terrified (public speaking freaks me the f out)
I just want to say thank you for being my lighthouse Tong, it means the world when someone beyond your circle gives you a chance and a purpose.
