This charitable organization helps so many who are in need of housing during long term hospital stays, which is a subject very close to my own heart. Good morning to all of our customers. Today, December 22nd marks holiday delivery day! After coordinating with everyone, all deliveries will be completed by 9pm this evening with the exception of the December 24th WVU Medicine Delivery. We have accelerated this schedule due to a personal matter for one staff member and we appreciate all of you being accommodating. There will be no deliveries tomorrow, December 23rd. We will be closed from Christmas Eve through January 2nd when we resume business with the previously mentioned new services, website orders during this period will not ship until January 2nd.

All back ordered items, such as Carolina Black are now back in stock and shipping regularly. If you ordered Carolina Black and have not yet received it, it will be arriving by January 4th. Our bottling producer in VA had a bad batch of bottle seals which caused ~200 bottles to spoil in storage. This has been resolved and we’re good to go! Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Starting in January, we will be providing several new services, including:

Family Meal Prep - a weekly or monthly retail service. We handle your dinners for you. For a family of four, the cost is $199/Week for 7 dinners or $28/meal. This for most families will be less than your grocery bill for the week, and you don’t have to cook! The menus are curated, and change every month. Delivery days are Sundays & Mondays.

Small Business Catering - we should be on EzCater in the next couple weeks, but our standalone service provides lunch or dinner for an entire small business 10-35 employees, for a set rate. Minimum order is $249, however we are exploring and testing a small business meal plan similar to our weekly retail family service.

And two more that are still under development. Stay tuned! These services both launch on January 2nd 2024.

Holiday Catering is Back!

We have Chef Joe’s herb crusted smoked USDA Prime Rib Roast, and Applewood Smoked Ham dinners serving 9-30 people! There is also a USDA Prime beef tenderloin or chateaubriand dinner in limited supply by special request.

New specialty holiday catering option will be up on keystonecue.com/catering, December 2nd! New winter menus drop on December 14th, we think you’ll be pleased. Order deadline for Christmas is December 17th for December 23rd or 24th delivery.

I’d like to point out, just to brag, that my interview with the Tailgate Guys BBQ has been listened to 60,000 times on Instagram with an average of 11 minutes, shared 427 times, saved 300 times, and has 3171 likes! So, this is awesome. And yeah, is this a self serving post? Yes. Yes it is. But you know what? I deserve a pat on the back. Anyway, listen to it and drive up those numbers further! Also listen to Ed Kalegi so he has me back more often! He’s sitting at 26,000 on Instagram as well, but we should drive that up.

Since we have gotten this question, here’s the answer:

Q:”what if I need a replacement bottle?”

A:”contact us through the website and mention your receipt number/order number and give the reasoning. We provide one free replacement in the event of damage during shipping, or mishandling by the carrier.”

****When referring to your receipt: the letter and number string at the bottom is the information needed. The order number does NOT correlate sequentially, it goes by batch.***

All local (within latrobe/greensburg/derry/Ligonier areas) deliveries were completed today, July 10th by 2:15pm. If you did not have a visible safe place to leave the package outside, it was left inside either a mailbox OR an open screen door. Thank you all so much and enjoy!!!!

If you have a local delivery of sauce coming, it will arrive in this packaging. Anything within 20 miles is being delivered by us, mailing it made no sense. If you’re out of state or in another county over, this packaging is inside of a cardboard box with the same label on the outside. All packaging is water & tear resistant, with all bottles shipping vacuum packed. Enjoy!!
