2024 was a series of brand new experiences for me. I coordinated 21 weddings—20 of those at venues I’ve never worked at before, including , , , and

Almost a year ago, I had the idea of putting a new spin on the traditional styled shoot: What if we gave the spotlight to the wedding vendors who leaned more logistical, instead of only visual?

I wanted to plan a styled shoot that touched on the professionals who are sometimes overlooked, but are crucial to creating the magic of a wedding day: The bartenders, bakers, makeup artists and jewelers. The ones who are gone before guests arrive, and return for breakdown after midnight. We are all part of your team, and as we head into 2025, I’m sharing the faces behind my styled shoot at Kinsey Event Warehouse: Tangerine Dream.

This is a appreciation post ❤️‍🔥 If you’ve been lucky enough to have this planning duo on site at your big day then we probably had a really good time. This guy is a big part of the KLW team, mostly because he deals with me on and off wedding days. He stepped in and saved me in a pinch A LOT this season, stole a lot of cookies off your cookie tables, moved many totes bins of your DIY and ate countless late dinners with me after my evening planning meetings. I’m a Pittsburgh gal who always had a thing for hospitality, and went all in on wedding planning. My favorite part of every wedding is the moment the dance floor opens 🪩 Witnessing a room full of yinzers scream singing Don’t Stop Believing every Saturday restores my faith in humanity. (Mr. Brightside is a close 2nd)

Anyone can say they are a day of coordinator, but it takes a true love of the service to make it art. To go beyond a timeline. To make it a feeling. THAT is the Kelly Lynn Weddings difference.
