Hi! We haven't posted in a long time, so here's an update:

Due to all the Coronavirus restrictions, we haven't been doing much catering these days. The kitchen we use to produce jerky was also closed for several months which made it impossible to make our delicious meat creations. We have kept ourselves very busy between running Antonio's Pizzeria and Dom having surgery on his spine though!

The good news is that the kitchen we use for jerky production is open again, and our meat master is getting back at it. We have a limited batch available at Antonio's right now (just traditional blend), and we are taking orders once again! Send us a Facebook message if you'd like to place an order.

Thanks to everyone who came out to our brunches this weekend!

It seems as though brunches will be on hold for a little while until the coronavirus does it’s thing. We’re still available to drop off catering though! Also, jerky has a great shelf life if you need a little protein during your social distancing.

The boss has spoken!

As some of you know, our littlest guy broke his elbow and had surgery yesterday, so when we asked him if we should still serve brunch at Black Forge Coffee House this weekend, his answer was as follows... So we're taking the weekend off to spend time with the dude and we'll be back next weekend with Smokey Corn Chowder, Fried Green Tomatoes, Blueberry Pancakes, BLT Panzanella, Plum Crumble, and of course all the beef jerky your heart desires!
