Framework is a Pittsburgh music and arts festival that showcases some of the best bands, sculptors, painters, DJ's, photographers and artists alike.

In its first year, Framework Music & Arts Festival presented by 91.3 WYEP is a Pittsburgh based festival with the goal of bringing together upcoming bands, DJs, photographers, videographers, and other artists for a one night music and arts festival showcasing Pittsburgh’s up and coming artists. We hope to tie in local businesses, press, and media to make it an event that will bring the Pittsburgh

music, arts, and local business community together. The framework of Pittsburgh is made up of hard working individuals, who together, create a community of thriving businesses, a rich music and arts scene, and a culture unlike any other city. We are also planning on giving back to the Pittsburgh community of Allentown (Mt. Washington) by donating some of the festival proceeds to a charitable organization that supports early education or entrepreneurial endeavors in the area.
