Hello All,
Happy New Year and merry Orthodox Christmas to those who celebrate! The club is back in business having reopened on the 2nd for a small wedding that took place in our library and dining areas. Keep us in mind for yours or your friends' events.
The hours of the club are being enhanced. We will now be open Monday through Saturday. On Mondays we will be open 12-8pm with lunch available. It's strongly advised you call or email in advance for lunch reservations as it helps gets orders to you in a timely manner. Saturdays we will be open 4-8pm. As always, if there are people here enjoying themselves at 8pm, we will stay open to accommodate. These new hours / days will take effect beginning on Monday, January 13th.
Upcoming events include the following:
Our friends The Harvard Club of Western Pennsylvania and All-Ivy-Plus gang are presenting a lecture here on Tuesday, January 28th at 5:15pm. It's entitled The Future of Pittsburgh Architecture. I've attached a flyer with all the details. You can register here: https://fisherarch.com/
The next First Friday event will be Friday, February 7th. Keep in mind these First Friday events are open to non-members as well.
The Pittsburgh Committee on Foreign Relations will have a seminar on the Ukraine and Europe on Tuesday, February 18th. That event is set to start with appetizers at 5pm and run until approximately 8pm or so. More details will be forthcoming soon and I'll share them with you at that time.
We will be having a murder mystery night on Friday, February 28th. The cost will be $65 per person plus tax and include a dinner buffet, a drink ticket, and the show. Dinner will be at 6pm with the show beginning at 7pm. I will have more details soon but please mark it on your calendar. This event is open to all and should be a ton of fun!
I've attached some photos of the Club's holiday party in case you didn't make it. A fun time was had by all, please plan on joining us next year!
Finally, if you have a hankering for Girl Scout cookies, I've got you covered. My 7 year old daughter Juliet is selling them (she's a Brownie). If you'd like to purchase some, and I know you do, you can click here:

The rumor that I will tax (eat) 10% of all cookies purchased, is simply a rumor, nothing more. So, please order with confidence!
Stay warm,
