& here is how to get your flan out, enjoy !

FLAN RECIPE :
1 cup sugar on low to medium heat keep stirring as you don’t want the sugar to burn only melt and carmel. Oil your baking dish and pour carmel in and rotate till the whole bottom is covered.
MIXTURE:
1 can evaporated milk
1 can sweetened condensed milk
3 eggs
1-1.5 tablespoons of vanilla
3 tablespoons Trade East cinnamon maple sprinkles
Whisk all that up real good then pour into your baking dish over the carmel.
You’re going to need an other baking dish that your flan will fit into. Next pour lil bit of water into the bigger baking dish just so it’s not going into the flan. This is called a water bath. bake @ 350 for about an hour. It’s the same as a regular cake when checking for doneness, clean toothpick or knife!
