I remember the first time I met with Aaron and Corrie and they hesitantly told me about their vision for their wedding waiting for me to scoff at it or tell them there was no way we could do what they wanted or even tell them they were crazy for wanting the things that they wanted. But I did the exact opposite!! It is never my job to tell my couples they can't have something that they want just because it's out of the box, I haven't done it before or it's not "traditional". One of my favorite parts of wedding planning is when one of my couples asks me, "Is it okay if I do this?" or "Do I have to do this?" or "What do people normally do?"...because my answer will always be the same...it doesn't matter what other people do, this is YOUR wedding and you can do whatever you want! And then it's my job to make it happen and support them throughout the process. Yesterday was such a great day. And it was a truly a reflection of Aaron and Corrie as a couple and that's exactly what it should be.
