We understand and values the importance in organizing special occasions and every customer is guaranteed complete satisfaction. our menu is simply a guideline of our most popular requests in order to assist you in making a catering selection. If a desired item is not on the menu, we

will do our very best to fulfill your need it our pleasure to serve you our distinguished catering and look forward to continuing to provide you with our first class service.

** Confirmation will be given on all fax, e-mail, and website orders **
We prefer 24-hour advance notice when placing an order. However, we will try our best to fulfill same day or ASAP orders.

*Delivery:
For orders under 10 people, a delivery charge will be applied on orders after 4 p.m., weekends, and holidays. Delivery charges may also be applied depending on the distance and mileage of delivery.

*Food Quantities and Portioning:
The time of day and purpose of the occasion will influence the quantity of food you will need. If you are serving light snacks or refreshments during or near meal times, you will typically need a larger quantity than between meal periods. The quantities planned for per person events are average size portions. We can help you determine the appropriate amounts for your group. We recommend a server for parties of 30 or more to help with portion control.

*Cancellations:
First Class Caterers requires a 24-hour notice on all cancellations. Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a 50% charge of the total bill. Exceptions may apply.

*Special Requests:
All special requests and recipes are welcomed. Some items require advance notice.

*Serving Equipment:
All items are served on disposable trays and utensils unless otherwise specified. When pick-up is required on non-disposable equipment, an additional fee will be applied to the invoice.

*Payment:
All orders require a credit card to hold confirmed orders. We accept cash, check, and credit card (AMEX, VISA, Discover, and MasterCard) upon delivery. Please call for details.

**We are flexible with fitting all types of budgets. Our pricing is based on quantity, quality, flawless presentation, and first class service. **
