Pittsburgh Youth Symphony Orchestra Alumni Page PYSO's mission is to teach and inspire excellence through orchestral training, perform in premier venues, and to cultivate audiences for classical music.

Since 1945, thousands of PYSO Alumni have graduated from the Orchestra and moved on with their lives, some staying in Pittsburgh, others traveling the world. Many have gone on to professional music careers in major symphony orchestras both here and abroad.
