A wedding in Santorini is an unforgettable blend of romance and breathtaking scenery.

We chose Venetsanos Winery as A&D’s ceremony location and what a perfect location it proved to be. While so much of Santorini is dotted which white washed buildings that starkly stand out against the rocky cliffs, Venetsanos’ property, carved into the rock, looks like it has been there for thousands of years. Its rugged beauty provided a stunning backdrop for this wedding that felt as authentic as the couple’s love for each other.

From a design perspective, this year is one of the most special. Each of our couples had such a different, yet strong sense of what they wanted their wedding day to look like and how they wanted those around them to feel. It has been a challenge and a joy, and all the while so refreshing, to constantly flex my creative muscle to produce designs that align with their visions.

And the cherry on top?! So many of those designs are for family and team members near and dear to the heart of bumble burgh.

It is a true privilege for me to take on such an important role in the most important day of our couples’ lives.

A glimpse into Ashley & Brian’s wedding day. This modern design was punctuated with bold moments and elegant details. It is hard to say which design element was our favorite. We loved designing the custom dance floor, lounge space and square signature bar. But, the wild ceremony backdrop that appeared to be growing up the Rotunda was such a show stopper!
