A love note from our Principal Designer, Frank 💌

From a design perspective, this year is one of the most special. Each of our couples had such a different, yet strong sense of what they wanted their wedding day to look like and how they wanted those around them to feel. It has been a challenge and a joy, and all the while so refreshing, to constantly flex my creative muscle to produce designs that align with their visions.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
And the cherry on top?! So many of those designs are for family and team members near and dear to the heart of bumble burgh.

It is a true privilege for me to take on such an important role in the most important day of our couples’ lives.

2024 is designed and we are well into executing these beautiful events. We can’t wait to share them with you. We hope you love them as much as we do ✨

Who doesn’t love a good romantic, candlelight glow? ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​One of our current clients recently said to Francesca (bumble burgh’s Designer), “I want my reception to exude a fireplace glow and feel”.

Francesca replied: “Our specialty is creating warm and inviting atmospheres. You’re in good hands.”

Demi and Matt’s wedding will be worth the hype after 12 years in the making for these high school sweethearts. We are going all out with this design and have some unexpected touches planned throughout the night. This is going to be a good one, like really good.

Our team loves a fun welcome party and we’ve thrown some amazing ones over the years, but we find that the best parties are the more intimate affairs. Smaller groups with time to relax, mingle and enjoy each there company. Throw some fun, laugh-inspiring activities in there and it’s a recipe for success.

Our team enjoyed an evening like this last night. Ot wasn’t a wedding event, but an industry event. It is rare for us to have the opportunity to be on the other end and be the guest rather than the executive producer. We are usually the ones behind the scenes making it all happen and creative the opportunities for@guests to connect and enjoy. But last night we were the recipients and participants of a good time, good conversation and some fun laugh-inspiring activities.
It was more needed than we realized and we’re grateful to .shegrew and for the experience.

Also a call out to and for your hard work and prep, and to for hosting us in your lovely space. Chef was on his game and is a true talent.

Soft drape and lots of candlelight made this romantic ceremony one for the books. Would you know this is the Grand Ballroom pre-renovation? The soft layers of drape (installed by ) were transformative. Never underestimate what professional drape and lighting can do.

Warmth and softness in a marble hall. All of the different materials and stunning architecture can really shine when design is done right. Your eye isn’t drawn to a harsh white and green centerpiece or a stark white table linen. The room’s overall vibe is what is noticed first. Warmth, depth, rich textures, soft music and good company. Welcoming Grandeur.
