Hi! We have some new faces around so I think it's a good time to refresh this! 

My name is Taylor, I'm a floral designer and micro flower farmer here in Pleasant Hill Illinois. This is my fourth Valentine's season as a floral designer and Foraged Whimsy's first! 

I specialize is unique, garden-like designs. I love texture and color. I love to pop in tomatoes, berries, and citrus into my designs, take a scroll and enjoy some beautiful pairings.

I focus on sourcing my flowers locally and domestically; and as the name implies I love to forage for native flora. I've been known to see some pretty grass on a country road and leave with a handful for bridal work.

When I'm not farming, designing, or planning I am spending time with my son and husband. We all love video games and like to play Minecraft as a family! My husband recently discovered a love for cooking so we've been enjoying some pretty wonderful kitchen creations from him inspired by some of our favorite restaurants; while I'm the charcuterie pro (I mean is there anything better than meat and cheese with delicious dips?)
