Bowey the clown is an award winning family entertainer who has been wowing crowds of all ages for decades with his comical blend of magic, balloon art and ventrioquism. Bowey became a professional clown when he was nine years old and has never stopped. He is a graduate of the American Academy Of Dramatic Arts and feels that being a trained actor makes him a better clown. He has performed with Rafi

and Pete Seger and has entertained at thousands of birthdays and events throughout Berkshire county and surrounding states.

The Lee Youth Commission and the Lee Chamber of Commerce present a FREE FAMILY FUN DAY as part of Lee Founders Weekend on Saturday, September 21 from 10:45 am to 2:30 pm at the Lee Athletic Field (120 Housatonic Street. Lee) following the town’s parade.

Highlights include:
- Terry A La Berry and Friends Children’s Concert;
- Circus Skills Stations with Berkcirque;
- Bowey The Magic Clown: Magic Show, Balloon Animals, and Face Painting;
- Bounce House;
- Obstacle Agility Challenge from Neighborhood Ninjas;
- Art Activities with Berkshire Art Center and Second Nature Arts;
- Berkshire Bike and Board Bike Tune Up Station;
- Lee Skate Park Competition 2024 at 1:00 pm (cosponsored by The Garden, Library Skate Shop, Offofit Gallery, Berkshire Bike and Board, Noteworthy Resources, Kiwanis Club of Lee, and Airtime Clothing);
- Cotton Candy from the Lee Youth Commission;
- Ice Cream from the Pittsfield Police Department’s Copsicle Truck;
- Popcorn from the Kiwanis Club of Lee;
- Additional Food for Sale from the Boy Scouts.
