Renting ceremony chairs is an essential aspect of creating a comfortable and visually appealing setting for your special day. But what do you need to know about renting ceremony chairs? 🤔

Let’s take a look…

1️⃣ Determine the Number of Chairs:
Start by confirming your guest list to determine the number of chairs needed. You’ll then want to add about 5-10% to that number so you have a few extra chairs.

2️⃣ Chair Styles and Options:
Explore different chair styles that match your wedding theme and venue. Consider options like Chiavari chairs, folding chairs, or rustic wooden benches. Pictured are our folding White Garden Chairs.

3️⃣ Setup Configuration:
Decide on the layout of your ceremony space and the arrangement of chairs. Options include straight rows, curved formations, or a circular setup for an intimate feel.

4️⃣ Outdoor Considerations:
If your ceremony is outdoors, consider the terrain and weather.

5️⃣ Delivery and Setup:
