Mascarpone Ice Cream/Fresh Figs/Mascarpone Fig Filling/Red Wine Sauce/Pistachio/Tart Shells

The taste of fresh ripe figs is simply exceptional, which is why I had to incorporate it into a dessert. This delicious tart features a mascarpone-fig filling, topped with glaze made from red wine, lemon & orange zest, cloves, and black peppercorns. I like to pair this tart with mascarpone ice cream on pistachio gremolata. πŸ˜‹

🌟 Chef's Tip: Figs don't ripen after they are picked, so make sure they are ripe when you buy them.
