Ever wonder if you are calling an actual florist or one of those order gatherer companies?

If you want to know if you are calling a legitimate brick and mortar business:
1-Google “flower shop in XYZ” (enter the area you are looking for)
2-look at the section that says “Places” and shows the map. The florists located in that section are the local businesses
3- you can then click on one of the places and get their website or phone number and then contact an actual florist

If you just click on the first link to come up, it will most likely be an order broker.

We try at all costs to not accept orders from these brokers. They take 20-28% of our profit and expect us to do all of the work and take on the overhead and responsibility of handling the perishable products. They have a website and a telephone and steal our customers by being deceptive.

Now you can be sure that you are actually supporting local. 😊💐🌹

SMALL BUSINESS SATURDAY
One week from today!! ❤️ Come and join all of the Downtown Plainfield Small Businesses for a day filled with Christmas cheer. 🎄

Here, you can enjoy 30% off of ornaments, and 40% off of your preordered fresh Christmas arrangements (for pick up Dec 23/24th)
We will also have a “build your own ornament station” with evergreens, mini pinecones, berries, ribbons etc. while supplies last

So, grab a coffee or hot chocolate from Krema, and head into all of the fabulous gift shops and boutiques to grab unique gifts for everyone on your list. Then head to one (or more) of the restaurants/bars for lunch or a little libation treat. Pick up a “passport”, make a purchase at at least 4 of the participating stores, and get entered to win a gift basket complete with goodies from the businesses.
End off your day with the Grinchmas lighting of the Village Green tree, and the lighting of the crèche at Plymouth Congressional Church. There’s so much that this lovely town to offers.
