Planning an event these days can be very costly,🤷🏿‍♀️ however did you know you can rent the items & decorate it yourself (now be mindful if you choose this route it may or may not give the polished look you were hoping for but it can be done.) 😊

This was the case for my client yesterday she wanted to celebrate her husband in a special way but, was on a strict budget she contacted Occasions Express for the backdrop design & she rented charger plates, napkins & our Wisteria trees for centerpieces. I delivered the goods & her family helped her place everything & I came back to retrieve the goods they were packed away in the containers I delivered them in...

Initally there were white tablecloths on the tables giving the vibes of a wedding not a 40th Birthday celebration for a male. White cloths, gold chargers, white napkins & tree centerpieces. I politely inserted myself because I couldnt mind my business of just doing the arch. I suggested the venue use black linens they agreed to at no additional cost to my client. Im so glad I was nosey 😅...

This past Saturday's 30th Wedding Anniversary/Vow Renewal was definitely giving FALL in love! I LOVED everything about this design❤️ The Bride requested Terracotta/Rose Gold/Gold/Ivory with accents of pearls. She gave me total creative control! 😊

This past weekend I had the ABSOLUTE pleasure of working with a fellow Event Planner.

What started out as Occasions Express being hired to style the Draping & Centerpieces only turned into a full design set up...(before being introduced to the bride she had purchased some items of her own) her items mixed in with OE rentals bought her vision to life. This allowed the Bride & the Coordinator (who also happens to be the grooms Sister) be able to Enjoy the wedding day STRESS FREE! My team along with the Coordinators team transformed the Ashbury Golf course into an Amazing Set up for our Bride! She was beyond pleased!🥰
