Balloon festival updates
There will be NO PUBLIC PARKING at Norton Park except Handicap with a valid and displayed Handicap Parking Permit and motorcycles.
Please do not drive to the area of the park looking for parking. You will be stuck in traffic only to be turned away. Our Police Officers will be extremely busy directing traffic, and may not be able to stop and answer questions or give you directions. They are going to direct you to follow the signs for parking.
Follow the red and white signs with the arrows directing traffic to the parking lots. The remote parking lots are Plainville High School, and Robertson Airport. The shuttles from those lots have a dedicated lane into the park and are very quick.
Area Residents, The list below will give you the best access to get to and from your homes during this busy weekend.
The Plainville Police Department would like to thank everyone for their cooperation and patience during the festivities this weekend
