Tonight’s Local Elected Welcome Reception at the Plano Chamber of Commerce, sponsored by Olsson, was an inspiring celebration of leadership and community connection.
It was truly an honor to create the floral arrangements for this special evening—and even more meaningful to reconnect with three of my fellow Leadership Plano Class 36 classmates who now serve on Plano’s City Council and Plano ISD.

Fun fact: 100% of the Plano City Council are Leadership Plano graduates! That’s a powerful testament to the strength of this program and its impact on shaping our city’s future.

Huge shoutout to my amazing setup man, who hauls, lifts, loads, and delivers every single stem with care (and a smile—even in the elevator 😉). These blooms don’t just magically appear, and I couldn’t do it without him.

Many of you know me for my event florals, but my heart is always in custom arrangements. This recent request for a white lotus-inspired design brought together bold textures, king protea, vibrant oncidium orchids, and lush greenery—all handcrafted with intention.

I typically ask for 24 hours' notice if specific flowers are needed, but most custom arrangements can be created the same day.
