We love it when a client gives us the freedom to get creative. And any excuse to introduce some new partner inventory and dream up a few custom fabrications…Even better. 🙌

For this event, we wanted the room to feel warm, layered, sophisticated and just a little unexpected, mixing rich textures and residential details with custom-built elements that completely transformed the Star Ballroom at the Omni Frisco Hotel at The Star

A few of our favorite details: the chocolate velvet tufted bar *NEW‼️* , custom-fabricated arched bar backs with a beautiful custom wallpaper inset NEW‼️*, leather bar stools, and industrial-style highboy tables *BOTH NEW‼️* that brought the perfect mix of polish and edge to the space.

Layer in warm wood tones, candlelight, colorful florals, vintage-inspired fringed lamps and some richly textured lounge furnishings, and suddenly a ballroom doesn’t feel much like a ballroom anymore. 😍

This is the kind of project our team loves most. Great partners! New inventory! Custom fabrication! And a client willing to let us play! 😉

When the growwithjo | home workouts community came together in Dallas for Coffee x Cardio, our team at Event Mechanics Co. had the opportunity to help transform the vision into an immersive, in-person brand experience.

From the moment guests walked through the doors, every detail was designed to feel like an extension of the Gro with Jo brand. Fresh, energetic, welcoming and centered around community.

Our team helped bring the experience to life through creative event design, custom fabrication and set pieces, curated event rentals, branded activations, interactive guest experiences, custom merchandise and those little details that turn an event into a memory.

From sipping something green ☕️🌿 to striking a pose, moving together and connecting with the community behind the screen, Coffee x Cardio was about so much more than a workout. It was about creating a space to move, grow and inspire.

We love helping brands step beyond the screen and create experiences their audiences can actually walk into, interact with and remember.

Because when you bring a group to Texas, you don’t just want to tell them they’re in Texas. You want to make them feel it. 🤠

For this reception at Panther Creek Pavilion at Omni PGA Frisco Resort & Spa we created a one-of-a-kind Texas Truck Yard experience filled with live music from the The Culdesac Kids , custom cowboy hat steaming and branding, and plenty of Texas character.

Two custom-designed shipping containers became experience stations—one for local Texas whiskey 🥃 tastings with Blackland Distillery and another for made-to-order grilled ribeye steaks.🥩

From the vintage Chevy pickup 🛻 and leather lounges to reclaimed wood, neon, highway signage, cowhide, market lights, succulents planted in Lone Star and Shiner beer cans and even vintage motor oil can centerpieces- every detail helped bring the truck yard to life.

This is how you give guests a true taste of Texas. ⭐️

⚽️🏆 FROM CONCEPT TO KICKOFF.

For FIFA World Cup 2026, our team was challenged to create a luxury soccer-inspired brand activation that felt less like event décor and more like an immersive guest experience.

The result: a custom-designed locker room installation engineered, fabricated, printed, and installed by the Event Mechanics Co. team.

From branded jerseys and custom graphics to fabricated display lockers, specialty finishes, athletic props, and premium styling details, every element was intentionally designed to transform an ordinary hotel lobby into a memorable FIFA-inspired photo moment.

At Event Mechanics Co., we don’t just produce events…We engineer brand activations that stop guests in their tracks, spark engagement, and create lasting impressions long after the final whistle.
