A New Chapter Begins for The Homestead 1854
Dear Homestead 1854 Community,
As we step into the fresh beginnings of 2024, we have some significant news to share with all of you who have been a part of our incredible journey.
In 2012, we embarked on an extraordinary adventure when we purchased the property with a dream of creating a space filled with love, laughter, and connection. Our vision was to craft something truly unique, bursting with character and individuality, a place that stood out from the ordinary.
With our combined strengths, blending visionary creativity with pragmatic craftsmanship, we hope that many of you have seen the outcome as something truly special. The Homestead 1854 has been a place of celebration and a testament to our unwavering dedication, countless hours of hard work, and our commitment to what we aimed to achieve.
As we begin this new year, we want you to know that we sold the property. This transition stirs mixed emotions within us, as it signifies the end of an era filled with cherished memories and countless milestones.
We are deeply grateful for your support, friendship, and the pivotal role you have played in our journey. Your presence, encouragement, and belief in our vision have been invaluable.
We believe the new property owners will bring their own positive changes as seasoned professionals, with great hearts and souls, and we hope you will provide them with your support. They will introduce themselves and their plans for The Homestead 1854 in due time.
As we move forward, we're excited to share that a new chapter of our lives has begun with our return to Wisconsin on January 10th. This marks the start of a journey filled with discovery and growth. We want to express our heartfelt thanks for being a part of our extended Homestead 1854 family. Your support has made this journey truly unforgettable.
Cheers, Chet and Mary Kay Sergo
