Please come join us for this awesome event. This ACF event is to support the Youth Team USA for the Culinary Olympics and Liberty Manor for Veterans. These are two groups that are very important to me. The youth team with young culinarians that every senior chef should be supporting to keep the culinary career field in high standards and Liberty Manor giving housing to veterans in need. Everyone asks how they can get involved and help, well here is a chance to get Involved with two great causes.

Something that caught me off guard today... I received an award that has a ton of meaning behind it. People that I consider my heroes are named on this award. Thank you ACF Tampa Bay... This I dedicate to my mom Rodolfo Y Becky who always believed in me and I wish she could be here to see this... And to chef Paul Evans my hero who also passed away. I do it for you... Thank you to everyone that voted for me.. I will always look to help push forward, guide, and assist if I can or if you need me. All I can really say is thank you.
