Hello Sunday 🙏
We don't get to do a lot of good breakfast during the week, so weekends are for the most part good breakfast days. Todays breakfast concoction is an egg souffle casserole, made of ingredients that I found inside the fridge.. So, had some breakfast sausage, smoked applewood bacon, smoked gouda, mild cheddar, parmesan, fresh vine tomatoes, parsley, almond milk and cauliflower hashbrown... go figure 😊😋... bottom line it was yummy and satisfying 🥰
