Had a great time at the Rib Cook Off Association World Championship this weekend at Firelake Arena in Shawnee, OK. What an incredibly well planned/ran event with a great venue!

And, among the 111 teams, here is where we placed:

18th in Pork Steak
58th in Baby Backs
70th in St Louis

We were very happy with our turn-ins...the flavor, look and bite. We thought they were some of the best ribs that we've made but the Judges in Oklahoma thought differently, lol!

Congrats to everyone who got a call! 🏆

Got to cook in 3 events for the 1st RCOA season and look forward to what’s in store for 2025 🔥

A BIG thank you to you all for your support! We made it back last night from Oklahoma...took a couple of hours longer due to the ice and snow, but made it back safely.

Ringing in the New Year with Ribs!!! 🔥

Just days from the inaugural Rib Cook Off Association Championship & we were lucky to have made the draw to compete this upcoming weekend in Shawnee, Oklahoma!!!!

Fine-tuning the layers of flavors on pork baby back and spare ribs and are bringing a whole new level of deliciousness to the plate

We'll be closed beginning New Year's Day and will return next week. Thank you all for your support!
