PB&J is an exciting new live music series that's bringing the best, award-winning Blues and Jazz per and Canada to the Plattsburgh area.

PB&J's lineup is made up of the best, award-winning Blues and Jazz performers from around the U.S. This years line-up will feature performers like the top honored soul singers and harmonica players, John Nemeth and Curtis Salgado, Blues Music Award Entertainer of the Year, Victor Wainwright, Two GRAMMY-nominated musicians, Kenny Neal and Joe Louis Walker, Top award winning Canadian Blues artists,

Paul Deslauriers and Angel Forrest, International Blues Challenge winner, Dawn Tyler Watson, world renowned blues acts like Surgaray Rayford, Alexis P Suter and newer artists like Vanessa Collier and Nick Schnebelen. Already known as a lakeside destination for year-round outdoor activities just miles from Burlington, VT the Adirondacks and Montreal, Canada, the Plattsburgh area is now emerging as a go to city for music, the arts and more. Boston music lovers, tonight, the Blackburn Brothers at The Extended Play Sessions Fallout Shelter in Norwood Mass! Tommorrow night at the White Mountain Boogie N' Blues Festival ! See you there good people!

Tomorrow Night IS GOING TO BE EPIC!!! There's few, if ANY, bands out there right now that are doing the soul-funk-blues boogie at the level of BLACKBURN BROTHERS. My greatest apprehension is that this will be the ONLY time we'll be able to get this band in OUR room. This "gift" was all about perfect timing catching them on their way to HEADLINING the White Mountains Boogie and Blues Festival...otherwise, I don't think we'd have gotten them. Like their Toronto friends Bywater Call...Blackburn Brothers are headed for stratospheric heights. This is going to blow the roof off of the The Extended Play Sessions Fallout Shelter ...that's a guarantee.

Share, Lets put together Soul Food with Soul Music! PB&J is going to the "Big Tz House of Soul" in Plattsburgh to do TWO pop-up dinner shows! We support local businesses and you must support this great local Soul Food resturant. On Friday, Shakura S'Aida will be pairing Jeff Rendinaro and Eric O'Hara to play from 6 to 830pm. Shakura plays internationally and is known QUEEN OF ROCK AND SOUL.
Only 10 dollars cash at the door and come hungry to order yourself some down-home soul food like fish, fried chicken, mac and cheese, yams, cornbread and greens.
On Tuesday we have the man who won SOUL BLUES ARTIST OF THE YEAR from Mississippi, the soulful Johnny Rawls Backed by Smitti Supab , Eric O'Hara and Steve Candilin. The resturant will be open just for patrons of the music, 10 dollars at the door and food will be available to purchase from 6 to 9pm August 9th and 13th. Support this local resturant and feed your body and soul with music and food.
