The mama of this chunk of love and I are here up say it's *very possible* to:
1. Have successful VBAC (vaginal birth after a Cesarean) 💙
2. Have an unmedicated induction 💙 (if you choose to)
3. Birth a big baby! (10 lbs 6oz , in this case) 💙
4. Push "self-directed" and have little to no tearing (one stitch in this case) 💙

*the key is in choosing your provider and support team, as well as getting super educated on VBACs!

*much lower and slower pitocin than usual Turn it down and/or off once you get going. The worst that can happen is needing to turn it back on! 😉

*use affirmations and support that helps you trust your body and the birth process

*Watch positive birth videos of the many different positions you can push in! (Kneeling or hands and knees works great for lots of moms)

*read up and practice "mindful pooping" to help you feel confident with "mindful pushing"

These youth were so respectful as we visited the Tomb of the Unknown Soldiers and the Iwo Jima memorial. There is a sacred feeling and spirit of reverence there 🇺🇸

Please Share: "Remembrance Walk" for Mental Health Awareness (Remembering Isaac Holt, and other loved ones). This is an event for *everyone*

*Saturday, March 16th @ 10:00 a.m. (at the trail across from Spanish Oaks Golf Course in Spanish Fork, with more directions and info coming SOON on a website link!)

There will be a short program with music (including Yahosh Bonner) and a rock painting activity.

We will begin the remembrance walk/run near the path starting at the parking lot across the street from Spanish Oaks Golf course. (Rock trail parking lot)

We will walk approximately .5 mile East and then back.

Tell a friend! This is a family friendly event.

If you want to bring a picture of a friend or loved one, there will be a memorial place set up for the event.

You can bring a rock to paint or choose one nearby to leave at a designated place.

Everyone has been affected by su***de. The pain and grief are deep and yet the beliefs and culture surrounding it make it even more painful. Connection is part of the solution. Come join with us.
