Persephone is a powerful symbol of duality. Without the dark periods of transformation in her time spent in the Underworld, she could not have the poetic rebirth and growth of Spring that she represents.

Learning to accept that we won't always be the same as we were takes time. Letting go and allowing yourself to rest and hibernate is vital for you emotionally, physically, and spiritually.

Don't be hard on yourself. Allow these changing seasons to wash over you as you become new. This can be daily, weekly, monthly, and especially over longer periods of time.

Our first Coffee and Craft Crawl was so fun! We met some amazing women and we can't wait for our next one! has amazing coffee, delicious empenadas and the most adorable cozy atmosphere!
