Minis are here!!!! And because I know times have been rough I'm doing what I can to help everyone get holiday photos. So I have booked some studio time for December 15th. My friend, I remember when you once told me you would never get married again. And now look at you! The smiles on your face on this day were full of love for this amazing woman who ended up finding you. Crystal, thank you so freaking much for showing this stubborn ass friend of mine that never doesn't always mean never. You two are such a match and I am so happy for you both. I can't freaking wait till next year!

As I'm sure it's not surprising, I'm behind in posting on social media. Apparently 4 months behind 😳 So enjoy this now 4 month old's newborn in home session. I have so much love for this amazing family and am lucky to call them friends!

It's been a minute since I shared my face on here so I thought I should do that today. Just a little about me, this week I became a nurse! My sessions and wedding coverage has been very limited the last two years as I was working on my Bachelors of Science in Nursing.....at a university in Portland 😳 Anyway on August 11th I received my degree and was pinned in front of some of the biggest supporters a girl can have (pinning is a right of passage in the nursing world). And last week I sat for my NCLEX (a national exam to ensure I know what I'm doing as a nurse, aka the most stressful exam yet). And guess what guys!!!!! Your girl PASSED! Official Morgan, RN, BSN.
Anywho, my books will start opening up more and I'm even thinking about doing some minis again! Who's in?

Birth man. Pregnancy and birth are raw displays of strength and resilience—an experience that proves women are nothing short of superheroes. And when you find out that your husband is a forever girl dad, you realize he's just destined to be surrounded by incredible women forever. At least he'll always have an open invitation to a tea party!

Oh young love. Ok kinda kidding but also I love that these two wanted their graduation photos together! My favorite part was asking her to be his hype woman 😂 girlfriends are the best confidence boosters during photos.

Being a girl dad is hard. But I think Emilee would agree when I say that Randy has absolutely rocked being the best dad to these girls, all while also being the amazing supporive partner that my sweet friend Emilee needs. If you missed my other post about my friend Emilee, she was diagnosed with breast cancer a few short weeks after having their second beautiful little girl. Guys, they still need our help! I will add their meal train and GoFundMe in the comments. Please consider helping this amazing family fight back against cancer! ♥️

This sweet, beautiful, kind, dark sense of humor, amazing woman needs our help. Just after birthing this sweet babe she was diagnosed with breast cancer. Talk about your life being flipped upside down right after birthing you second sweet babe. You've go this Emilee, we are all rooting for you! You're one bad ass woman, now kick some cancer ass!
There is a go fund me to help support this sweet family, please consider donating to lessen the burden on their family.

Looking back I would have never guessed that my photography journey would change so much. I have appreciated every opportunity I've been given to capture people's lives. Whether that's their wedding, engagement, birth, or moments with their sweet newborn. I appreciate them all. This couple especially! I don't know how I would have gotten through nursing school without them so this session was an absolute honor.

If you ever thought about having a session with your best friend just book it! These two seniors absolutely rocked their best friend senior photos. It was so fun getting to hear all about their plans for after graduation and what they are looking forward to most. Favorite prompt from this session "talk s**t to each other but don't let me hear". Congratulations seniors!

Yeah all you boy moms! Yeah you! You're such a badass and don't let anyone tell you different. Being a parent isn't easy but when you're kids are boys there's an added level of stress because they are basically daredevils 😂 Leave some love for this beautiful mama of two amazing boys ♥️

Ok now that I feel like life is a bit more normal since the ice storm I thought it was time to post these photos. I LOVE my neighbors! This is one of the families I get to call my neighbors. I appreciate them more than words can express. I feel so fortunate to have such a great place to call home. Do you love your neighborhood as much as I do?

When the baby becomes the big sister ♥️ I love getting to hear all about how excited siblings are to welcome their brother or sister into the world. I wonder if my own sister was this excited when she heard she was going to have a little sister 😂

My Story

Even as a kid I truly enjoyed photography. There's something about capturing a picture that makes you feel it, not just see it. As I grew up I tried new things and took more classes within the world of photography. I have been everything from a landscape photographer to an underwater photographer. But with time I found I really enjoyed taking portraits, especially when I could get people to truly smile. So that's what I've been doing, helping others document memories one shutter click at a time!
