Years from now, you’re never going to look back and wish you had fewer pictures of your favorite people. Life moves fast, kids grow faster, and these candid, joyful little moments deserve to be frozen in time.

Can we talk about the fact that my sister, DeLacy, and Mike are going on 18 years together?!

From the very beginning, it felt like they were always meant to be. He stepped up to be an incredible dad, she became his calm, and nearly two decades later, they still look at each other the exact same way!

Cheers to 18 years of a beautiful, unmatched kind of love.

Meeting your partner's family can be stressful. Man, I was so nervous when I first started meeting Stephen's family! But Kim and Clif were immediately so kind and inviting.
I still remember watching the solar eclipse in their front yard—Stephen and I hadn't even thought about needing special glasses, but Kim already had them ready for us. Or when we drove to Portland to go to IKEA. I had never been, and Kim enthusiastically shared her love for it with me (now I compare all furniture to IKEA furniture).
Fast forward years later, and we're raising kids together. It’s the absolute best seeing their kids' faces light up whenever they see Orson.
Moral of the story: you really can win the family lottery.

Glimpses of Emilee, when capturing in them.

I will never stop taking pictures of these girls! Seeing Emilee shine through them has been an absolute honor. They are both spunky and loving, and they keep their dad on his toes just as Emilee did.

She is missed every single day, but her magic is alive and well in this family.

There is something so special about watching your friends step into motherhood, but seeing their husbands become incredible fathers is just as powerful. Watching them handle the late nights and look at their wives with a whole new level of respect is everything. Getting a front-row seat to see them both crush this new chapter together is the greatest thing.

The first 48 hours are such a fleeting blur. I am finding myself missing these days so much lately, and I would love to help you freeze that quiet, brand-new magic before you even leave the hospital.
I am testing the waters for Fresh 48 Minis. These would be short, intimate sessions focused solely on the connection between mom and baby.

Healing. Sleepless. Unpredictable.
These are the weeks where the days and nights blend together and you’re slowly learning how to be a new version of yourself.
Living life in 1.5-hour increments is exhausting, but don't forget, this is a fleeting chapter. You won't always be this tired, and they won't always be this small.
You’re going to wake up one day and realize the haze has lifted, and you’ll find yourself missing this version of "everything" more than you ever thought possible.
