A true real one is Dubee.
Since we locked it in, he’s always come through and shown love to the community. The Holiday Bash is always a give back, and this year there is more to give back for than ever.

When you come from a community that wasn’t supposed to make it back, you celebrate a little differently. You show up differently. You pour into people differently. That’s exactly what this season is about for us. Honoring where we came from, standing with those still fighting, and celebrating the ones who continue to rise.

Big love to Dubee for being part of that energy.

There are so many special things that happen at weddings. Yes, it’s about the party, the couple, and the celebration, but it’s also about family. The people who are no longer with us still hold a huge place in these moments.

Mia had each one of her bridesmaids take a single flower from their bouquet and place it on the chair that represented her grandma, the one she calls Yaya. The next day, they made a quiet trip to visit the place where her grandma rests forever and brought the flowers to her.

It was one of those moments that reminds you what weddings are really about. Family, memories, and honoring the ones who still guide us even when they aren’t here.
