What's better than coffee and flowers? Today we started our monthly Flower CSA Pickup at ☕💐 We are so excited to build this relationship with one of our favorite small businesses.

If you need some extra positive vibes, you can still register for our monthly flowers. There are a few options on our website for both pickup at Mile 42 or at our farm.

The monthly pickup includes 4 bouquets total from now until the end of September. The dates are scheduled, so I will connect with you via private message. The cost is $80 total which breaks down to $20 per bouquet. These are not your average flower varieties, so you'll get to enjoy specialty garden flowers in your home or office to bring a little extra joy.

We also have a mixed bouquet option on our website if you need to pick something up or send to a friend.

🎃 Fall is coming 🎃 You guys!!! I know it's July and we are all still enjoying summer, but as a farmer I'm always looking ahead and planning for the future. I've never grown our pumpkins on a trellis, but how fun is this? I'm hoping it will be full of green pumpkin leaves and a variety of different pumpkins!!

100 ft of garlic is harvested! Over 800 massive garlic were harvested! Now they have to cure and then will be available for you! This garlic is going to be so delicious 😋

We have a full 50 ft bed full of snapdragons which includes three different successions. I'll be starting another succession soon and another one soon after that for fall planting. With 120 days from germination to maturity, snapdragons can be very time consuming and an exercise in patience. This year is going to be full of snaps!

Blood, sweat and tears over here. Everything is finally planted. I'm a couple of weeks behind where I normally am at, but life happens that way sometimes. But, I'd like to share some wins so encourage myself...
⭐ Every single Dahlia tuber planted has a stem
⭐ Every single Dahlia planted is labeled already both with a physical label and in my notes
⭐ The basil is growing amazing.
⭐ The new-to-me plants are growing pretty well (delphinium, digitalis, dianthus, lisianthus, Billy balls)
⭐ The Perennial Yarrow and early snaps are killing it 💖
The eucalyptus are tucked away in large containers so I can plant them eventually in a high tunnel

If we don't notice the wins we will only see the bumps and bruises.

Elopements are some of my favorite work. Oftentimes brides and grooms looking for florals for an elopement or small wedding ceremony are turned away from wedding designers simply because of price or scale. I see the vision and value in having an intimate wedding, so I'm here for the brides and grooms who want flowers for their special day (even if it's just them and the officiant).

June is the month where we are waiting for blooms to get their act together. It's that awkward time between spring and summer where things are slowly growing. What is blooming is absolutely gorgeous and it's so fun to be able to have blooms like these! 💞🐞🐝💖

It's compost delivery day!! I'll share a little video later today in our stories but essentially we do a mini semi dump truck load of soil every year to build up our 50 ft rows.

Summer is right around the corner, so here's what you need to know:

🌱 We have a monthly bouquet option for pick up at 3 pickup locations.
🌱 We also have a weekly bouquet option all summer long for delivery or pickup.
🌱 We are still accepting fro summer small events (Birthday, Shower, Anniversary, Wedding or Elopement).
🌱 We will be accepting a small number of farm events if you'd like to schedule, please DM me.

🪄 After a thrilling ride with Hagrid, visiting Gringots and playing some quidditch, we stopped by Hogsmeade. Of course we picked up some delicious drinks and candy treats from Honeydukes, but I also snapped a picture at Harry's favorite florist shop. Dogweed and Deathcap is your go-to place to purchase battle plants, and their respective seeds so that you can grow them in Herbology class or the Room of Requirement. Dogweed and Deathcap is the only place to purchase Mandrake Seeds and Venomous Tentacula Seeds. 🪄

We also have two different CSA options that will fit your flower needs and budget. Our monthly CSA will include one bouquet per month running June-Sept and our regular Summer CSA will include 6 bouquets available for pickup weekly.

SOLD OUT at 🙌🏻🥳 Thank you flower friends! What an incredible way to end the 2024 tulips season! With the exception of a few tulip bunches donated, we sold every single tulip bloom on the farm! We planted 1700 tulips in October and thanks to you all, we sold out of our inventory!! Ranunculus get the full stage now! Saying a prayer of thanksgiving today at our house. 🙏🏻
