Hey Nerd Con Nation, We are very excited to welcome two women who were great movie role models for kids. Tami Erin the actress behind Pippi Longstocking and Maia Brewton who starred as Sara "Thor Girl" in "Adventures in Babysitting". Both of these characters were beloved by youngsters in the 1980's and beyond.

Tami Erin is loved in 13 languages as Pippi Longstocking star of the 1988 movie The New Adventures Of Pippi Longstocking. 2024 marks the 36th Anniversary of The New Adventures Of Pippi Longstocking selling worldwide. In 2025 Tami Erin's new movie “I Am Pippi” is set for release worldwide to celebrate the 80th Anniversary of the creation of Pippi Longstocking.

Maia Brewton was born on 30 September 1977 in Los Angeles, California, USA. She is best known for her roles as the Mighty Thor-obsessed Sara Anderson in the 1987 film Adventures in Babysitting, and as Shelly Lewis, the antagonistic sister of the title character on the Fox Network show Parker Lewis Can't Lose, from 1990 to 1993.

The incredible Gini Holtzman - Actress, VO Actress ( ) Gini has been associated with some of the most incredible 80's icons including the Peanuts Gang, P***y Bruster and the Cabage Patch Kids! Check out her amazing bio.

Gini Holtzman is a talented voice actress best known for her role as Patricia ‘Peppermint Patty’ Reichardt in the beloved “The Charlie Brown and Snoopy Show” from 1983. Her portrayal of Peppermint Patty brought the character’s bold and spirited personality to life, resonating with audiences and becoming a memorable part of the Peanuts series. Gini’s work in the show, along with her performances in “It’s Flashbeagle, Charlie Brown” (1984) and “Happily Ever After (1985), showcases her versatility and ability to connect with viewers through her voice.
Beyond her work with the Peanuts franchise, Gini Holtzman has contributed her voice to a variety of characters, demonstrating a wide range of emotions and depth.
