Welcome to SunEE Inc. We have been in the online jewelry business for almost 15 years. We ship all handmade quality wedding rings directly to you. Sunee Inc.

Our family business is located in United States, which is in the Northern part of California. What is your Return Policy? accepts the return of unworn merchandise in salable condition within 30 days of the original ship date. A full refund will be issued with less shipping cost.
• If the item shows signs of wear, a partial refund of 50% restocking fee from the original price will be applied.

ms that had been altered, engraved, resized, and damaged in any way are not refundable.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Items in salable condition that qualify for a refund will be charge 15% of the total item price purchased for shipping and handling.
• No refund and exchange on all international sales and outside United States including Canada.
• No refund on Return and Exchange lost in the mail from the buyer

What is your exchange policy for new size? SunEE Inc. accepts the exchange of unworn merchandise in salable condition within 7 days of the original ship date. Buyers need to include $5 with the return items for the shipping cost of the new size items. We only accept cash or USPS money order. Please note:
• If the item shows signs of wear, a partial refund of 30% restocking fee from the original price will be applied.
• Items that had been altered, engraved, resized, and damaged in any way are not refundable. How do I return or exchange a product? Please contact us first and state the reason for the return/exchange item, so we can provide a return authorization number. Package each item separately in each zip lock bags to avoid scratches and package it in a bubble mailer. Get insurance since items lost in the mail is non-refundable. Send your item with a delivery confirmation to confirm the delivery back to us. Mail it to:
