Just felt like sharing before we hit 500 K Family on Insta …
I started my weight loss journey not just to loose weight or to look in a certain way .. But also to manage my anxiety and thoughts .. I have suffered from anxiety from a long long time .. soon after I dissolved my first company in India after working so hard on it for 9 years and failed I lost my self worth .. Passion of persuing anything at that time.
I use to wake up everyday in those years with anxiety and panic attacks .. Everyday was a battle to make it work. Lost my dad my powerhouse .. My life was shattered just 1 month before my marriage … I felt everything was over.

I left for US after getting married and came here as ahouse wife who had no idea where to begin or do something stated with a job in .. as a event person and still everyday was a struggle with Horrible anxiety … I was searching myself .. and started my journey with my 2nd attempt of starting The Grand Trunk to bring Indian fashion to global Market and Fitness soon after my 2 pregnancies
as i also was hit by postpartum depression after my first one ..
This entire message is for the youth of today and everyone who all are suffering from anxiety medication is not the only way .. Fitness plays a very very big role .. You can have mental health issues .and still be 💯 happy with fitness … ❤️
I am so content and happy with my journey .. Not only achieved my goals with The Grand Trunk but also changed myself completely with being consistent from 10 years with my fitness .. it gives me an immense self made struggle and achievement ❤️
Loads of love to all the people who are suffering and not where they want to be .. Being consistent and hard work is the only answer 😍

So Many questions pouring every day … ❤️
Guys this is years of being consistent with fitness … and it took very long time ..
Started at 180 pounds …. Came down to 160
Pounds in 2 years .. struggle of maintaining is always real !
Started at 160 pounds now I am at lowest of 138 pounds .. Again maintaining from 3 years ..Loosing weight is one thing and toning is another level …
Food … home made Sunday to Friday .. Regular Indian khana with 2 cheat days of Friday and Saturday !
Exercise : HIIT 4 times a week and 10000 steps 6 days a week !
Really working on reaching my goals and maintaining but weekends and travelling makes it v v hard 😭
