Been trying out some new cookie recipes for our menu and this one is amazing. Oatmeal cookies are a personal favorite and these came out so soft, chewy, and photo-worthy I had to share! So today we had an amazing privilege to partner with . These libations are TO DIE FOR! They operate a refurbished trailer that is both classy and cute and make the most amazing cocktails!! They paired our roasted truffle potatoes, lemon zest peas and French Chèvre with their Grapefruit Rosemary Sparkler. They Paired our Snickerdoodle Cake with their Cinnamon Old Fashioned. So wonderful! Also get on this! You will LOVE this company and what they can do for your events!

Spring is having us live for salads right now. We are also huge fans of hot and cold together ! The contrast is unexpectedly delicious. Made this for an event last night... Seared Ahi , Sautéed Garlic and Sesame Bella Mushrooms, Sriracha and Soy Aioli with Sliced Avocado. Yum!!!

One of our side dishes at our event today! No idea why Brussels Sprouts get such a bad rap. We roasted them , tossed with toasted sesame seeds , and a drizzle of lemon tahini aioli. SO GOOD!! 🙌🙌
