Walking into the weekend like…. 😎
I remember thinking I couldn’t wait for cooler weather on Jessie & Erik’s blazing hot day in August. 🥵 As I sit here now on this yucky, rainy, almost November day😳 it’s a good reminder how we Michigan people are always putting our foot in our mouths about the weather! 🥴

After a busy wedding weekend I almost forgot to give a HAPPY 1 year Anniversary shoutout to these cuties!
Crazy a year has passed since this beautiful day at Misty Farms, a wedding that was planned in less than a month! This couple jumped on the opportunity to tie the knot in midst of the pandemic, and planned it all with a moment’s notice.
I’ll personally never forget this day either as the wedding that had required the most steps (got my workout at this one 😂) while 7 months pregnant, on a blazing hot day! I may have been on a ladder working on the arch install as guests were making their way to their seats, which looking back probably made many of them uneasy watching a gigantic panicky preggo on a ladder🤣
I totally underestimated my time and abilities that day, but will always remember Megan & Scott as one of the sweetest, most carefree couples I’ve had the pleasure of working with! They were doing what I hope for all couples on their wedding day, just living in the moment, loving each other, and not sweating the small stuff. 🥰

Where my Bridesmaids at!? We obviously know that weddings are about the Bride (and Groom sometimes 😜) but this is a shout-out to the Tribe!
The ones you couldn’t imagine not having by your side, the ones who have to bow down and fulfill all of your requests, and wear a dress that most likely will never be worn again!
Sometimes with all the stress that goes into planning a wedding, it’s easy to lose sight of all the support. Weddings are supposed to be FUN!!!! Lean on your people and appreciate them! There are always going to be some Bridesmaids that are better at lending a hand than others, but just remember the reason you have these special people in your life, and why you wanted them in your Bride Tribe in the first place!
This is from wedding last weekend, the beautiful MVP/MOH , one of my very best friends, and the girl that was involved in literally everything with her sister’s wedding, right down to the length of the stems on the bouquets 🤪💐 You go girl!

LOVE seeing these photos coming in! 😍👰🏻♀️ Nat & Jesue FINALLY had their perfect backyard tent wedding at their home in Grosse Ile. It was dreamy with all the greens & florals right on the water, and they could not have asked for better Michigan weather in April! Definitely worth the wait to get the wedding they had always envisioned. CONGRATULATIONS again Natalie & Jesue!

“To me you are perfect” ❤️ to our styled shoot 💐👰🏼♀️💍 This unique venue in Hamtramck offers amazing natural light, and made the perfect canvas to really give our florals that extra pop! 🌸🤩It was wonderful working with all the other amazing vendors to make this possible ❤️
