Thank you so much for having me come to celebrate your mothers 90th birthday last night! Every one flew out from all over the country to celebrate her at a beautiful rental home in Plymouth. What a nice family (and fun, my belly hurts from laughing). We had a lot of first timers and they ALL came out soooo amazing! every single one beautiful and different. I hope to see some of you again In Florida 😊

Thank you Off the Hook Bar & Grill!! A night at the Easels return was a success! It was great seeing familiar faces, I can’t believe I’ve been painting with some of these kids for two years ❤️ And my niece finally was able to join making me a very happy Aunty!

Another amazing night in the books. As the new term created last night was said “These are GORG-ous ladies” 😂 the cool breeze, smell of the garden, drinks and great company all made for a perfect night for a birthday celebration. Thank you for having me back ❤️

Okay… I can’t remember a paint night where I laughed so hard i spilled my drink and couldn’t even teach the next step because I was belly laughing and shaking 😂 Thank you so much for such a fun night!! A Night at the Easel is thankful for all of you!

The amount of times I have said “that was my favorite class yet!” is a constant reminder of why I love what I do!! Tonight we got artsy with the senior college of Bridgewater State University (where I graduated from with a bachelors in fine arts). Not only was this group talented, but they were kind, patient and thorough! We had such a great time, I will be anxiously awaiting next year’s annual paint night!! A Night at the Easel

What a great night at Distraction Brewing Company!!! A Night at the Easel came back for round two and enjoyed every minute of this smaller class. One couple had the idea to keep rotating their paintings between steps. I LOVED THAT!!! What a fun idea!! We had one girl who had never done a paint night before and I would have never guessed she did so well!!

ALSO if you like jalapeños and beer their jalapeño IPA is a MUUUST try. Definitely one of my new favorite beers.

Thank you for having me back, I can’t wait for the next one!!

Yesterday I had the pleasure of hanging out with the beach girls and their spouses! I had so much fun laughing, listening to you all sing, getting artsy, and ending the day with a great game of ping pong. Thank you for having me! Everyone’s paintings came out so unique and beautiful.

In addition to our more traditional courses, we also offer social events!

Join local Plymouth artist (and BSU alumnus!) Monica Gillet for A Night at the Easel paint party on May 23rd at Plymouth Center for Active Living - COA. Celebrate the end of the semester with your Senior College friends while creating a painting from start to finish. In this relaxed and fun atmosphere Monica will teach you step-by-step how to create a painting that you can enjoy at home with you when you are done!

Please note, this event is capped at 30 participants (pre-registration is required), and a $30 materials fee is paid directly to the instructor the night of.

My old co-worker and great friend is, well a lot of things! A hardworking, fun, loving, and all around AMAZING mom! Her son Danny has a once in a life time opportunity and has been invited to Sweden to attend the World Hockey Invitational. This kid has worked so hard for this!!
