I am Venezuelan with an Italian father, which is why Arepas Factory by Food o'Clock will bring to your tables the best of the two countries from which I come and what is part of our gastronomy. Food O'Clock was born as a dream of an Emigrant family from Venezuela, a dream and desire for progress, to bring a little of our delicious food to this beautiful country and this city which we love and is o

ur home. It was born in 2021, and for reasons beyond our control we found ourselves in the need to close our doors, with sadness, feelings of frustration for not having achieved our dream, now in 2023 we will try again, with the wisdom and learning that He left us our first experience and with the greatest desire to give the best to our community. Venezuelan food there are numerous dishes, but there is an emblematic dish that characterizes us anywhere in the world. This is the Arepa, a wheel made with White Corn that we fill with multiple options and that delights our palate every day. However, We have something special every week and our Christmas food will always be available to you during the December season. Food O Clock and Arepas Factory not only offers typical Venezuelan food, we also offer European food that, thanks to the immigration from Europe that planted roots in our country, is today part of our gastronomy.

Pasticho is a delicious version of lasagna that is very popular in Venezuela. Its origins come from the Mediterranean, where a similar dish called pastitsio is made with tubular pasta and lots of creamy béchamel sauce. In Venezuela, pasticho is prepared with regular lasagna noodles layered alternately with a tomato-based meat sauce and béchamel sauce, with cheese and sometimes ham interspersed within the layers. It requires an extra cooking step, but it's well worth it.
