Let us introduce you to our team. Craig Thompson is the head pitmaster of Smoked 'Que. There is not a day that goes by that he does not have the pit on his mind. He hours his heat in soul into providing the best meats possible to come off the pit. Smoked 'Que has been competing throughout the state of Florida thru the Florida Barbeque Association. Local News:
In 2013, Smoked 'Que won the "People's Choice Award" for The South Florida Pro BBQ Competition at the Isle Casino, Pompano Beach, FL.
